What are the terms and conditions of the order process?
Merchandise ordered will begin production upon receipt of payment. The Western International University Campus Store accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. All transactions are secured with Verisign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect credit card information, but Corporate purchase orders are also accepted with established credit. How will you ship my order?
All items will be shipped via UPS ground. Expedited service is also available. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to ship. If you have an event date or need your order to arrive at a specific time please contact us.

What if I need a split shipment?
Simply make a note of the shipment requirements when checking out.

What if I need to change my order?
If there is a change to an order (increase or decrease in quantities, color choice or imprint), the Western International University Campus Store will make every reasonable attempt to process the change. Please contact us.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and processed, the customer is responsible for payment of the order, including shipping. In the event of a cancellation, the Western International University Campus Store will make every reasonable attempt to process the change. Please contact us.

Everything you buy at the Western International University Campus Store is guaranteed!

Excluding software purchases.

All merchandise is returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.

When you receive your order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, our vendor will exchange it or refund the full purchase price with appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
